Paulaner Bräuhaus Singapore (Mar 13, 2005)

(Attended by Sgt Chua, Sgt Cheong, Sgt See, Sgt Tan)
At Paulaner Bräuhaus Singapore, our resident brewmaster Alexander William Buchner brews two signature handicraft beers; Munich Lager and Munich Dark, according to a strict process “The German Law of Purity” established since 1634 in Munich, Germany.

Our beers are served in 0.3, 0.5 and 1 litre mugs.

Munich Lager
A bright, golden brew with a smooth taste and light hops flavor, the Munich lager contains 4.7% alcohol and has a perfectly balanced flavor.

Munich Dark
The specialty of Munich, the Munich Dark contains 4.8% alcohol with a full body, intense malt flavour and possesses a deep, rich dark golden colour.

Specialty beers
Seasonal brews with distinct characteristics such as Salvator beer (March), Maibock beer (May) as well as the renowned Oktoberfest beer (October) are also brewed at specific times during the year.

Our full bar also offers a comprehensive list of housepour drinks, wines, German schnapps, as well as a scrumptious finger food to complement your drinks. In the evenings, a resident band revs up the crowd with Top 40 hits, rock & roll as well as latin and retro favourites.

  1. It was a simple nite with smooth flowing beer, japanese menthol ciggi, cheesy susuages and salty vegetables. Highlight of the nite – “left on the shelf”.
